WELCOME BACK EVERYONE!
We hope everyone has stayed safe and continued to do well during the lockdown period. The day is finally here and we are allowed to re open and have you all dining in with us once again! 🙂

We have once again changed our opening hours and we hope to see you all soon!

Following the recent news, from today onwards we will be operating for takeaway and deliveries only. During this time, Tay Do Restaurant (60 – 64 Kingsland road) will be closed again until further notice.

We are on Ubereats, Deliveroo and Just eat if you would prefers deliveries and again, we are open for takeaways, so please call us or come in to place your order.

Following the recent news, we have once again changed our opening times. Our opening times are as follows;


TAY DO CAFE (65 Kingsland road, E2 8AG):
Everyday: 11:45am – 10pm (last orders 9.30pm)

TAY DO RESTAURANT (60-64 Kingsland road, E2 8DP): 
Monday: CLOSED // Tuesday – Sunday: 11.45am – 10pm (last orders 9.30pm)


We will still be serving as normal on our delivery platforms such as Ubereats, Deliveroo and Just eat with our closing time being 11pm (Sunday – Thursday) and 11.45pm (Friday and Saturday) for delivery only.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! We will be re opening Tay Do Restaurant next week Monday 3rd August. We would like to thank everyone who has dined in with us as well as continued to takeaway from us! We appreciate you all.

GUIDLINES FOR DINING WITH US!

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has ordered with us by delivery/ over the phone and come in for takeaway. We cannot thank you enough for your love and support.

We cannot wait to see you all dining with us! However, with this being said, dining in will no longer be the same and we have had to change the way we do things in order to protect our staff but you as well. We have listed our guidelines for when you dine with us and we hope to see you soon!

GUIDELINES FOR DINING IN AT TAY DO

  1. We kindly ask that you wash your hands on arrival/ use hand sanitizer. (Located on the front table when you walk in as well as at the bar.)
  1. We will need names of all guests that are dining in and contact details (email or contact number)
  1. For tables more than 2 people, an ordering pad and pen will be provided. Please write down your order and hand over to our staff when you are done ordering. (This allows minimum contact time between our staff and you.)
  1. During busier times, you may be asked to have a maximum stay of 1hr 30/ 45mins. So please be considerate as others are waiting.
  1. When you are done with your plates, please move them to the edge of the table for your waiter/ress to clear up.  (This allows easy access for our staff to clear things quickly and efficiently.)

RE OPENING FOR DINING IN!

Dear all,

As many of you have heard, restaurants are now allowed to reopen on Saturday 4th July for dining in. We will be re-opening for dine in, however we will give you all a more updated version on how we will be conducting things within the next few days.

We have yet to figure out if both branches will be opening, what the maximum number of bookings will be and how we will implement the certain safety measures to keep you and our staff safe during these times.

RE OPENED AGAIN!

We hope you all are doing well and still continuing to stay safe and at home. For those that do not know, we have re opened again for deliveries and takeaway. We have included 6 new dishes to our menu and we really hope you’ll be able to try them out!
